Mark and Sharon joined me for one last enjoyable October sail in which we drifted peacefully up and back Herring Bay a few times enjoying a quiet and almost solitary day on the Chesapeake Bay.

| found this unwanted stowaway a week afterward snuggly tucked under with its line wedged between the rudder and keel; fortunately Marlene, our local diver was willing and able to $visit$ during a 60 degree day and relocate the float and pennant to my finger pier to remind me to be more careful next time... |
